Retrouver son rythme, prendre de nouveau du plaisir comme autrefois, vouloir se d\u00e9passer sont autant d<strong>&lsquo;objectifs atteignables.<\/strong> Mais \u00e0 certaines conditions ! 5 erreurs sont \u00e0 \u00e9viter pour une reprise du running en douceur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.Vouloir tout, tout de suite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le temps que l\u2019on faisait avant cette longue pause, c\u2019est possible. Vouloir un rythme de 5\u201930 la minute, c\u2019est envisageable. \u00c0 condition d\u2019<strong>\u00eatre patient<\/strong>\u00a0! Ne courez pas \u00e0 toute allure lorsque vous reprenez la course \u00e0 pied. Il est essentiel de rappeler que d\u00e9terminer un objectif dans le cadre d\u2019une activit\u00e9 sportive <strong>permet de mieux s\u2019entra\u00eener<\/strong> et de <strong>conserver une motivation<\/strong> \u00e0 son maximum. Imaginez-vous une seconde reprendre la course \u00e0 pied sans but pr\u00e9cis. Ainsi vous courez un dimanche, puis 10 jours plus tard le mercredi entre deux courses. Entre ces deux courses s\u2019\u00e9coulent alors 15 jours avant la sortie suivante, un samedi matin car vous avez trouv\u00e9 un cr\u00e9neau. Il consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer <strong>quels jours de la semaine vous pr\u00e9voyez une sortie running<\/strong>. Il d\u00e9taille \u00e9galement la dur\u00e9e de vos sorties running et \u00e9ventuellement leur distance (la dur\u00e9e est plus importante lors de la reprise de la course \u00e0 pied). Ce programme d\u2019entrainement peut \u00e9galement <strong>inclure des s\u00e9ances de sport compl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong> comme du renforcement musculaire, du Pilates ou tout autre sport. Sans ce programme, nul doute que vous ne tiendrez pas plus d\u2019un mois&nbsp;! Aussi, le corps change, \u00e9volue, ainsi il n\u2019est pas impossible que vous ayez maigri ou grossi. Votre poids impacte votre foul\u00e9e et celle-ci peut alors avoir chang\u00e9. Vous risqueriez soit&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>De vous blesser<\/strong>&nbsp;: vous souhaitez suivre son rythme co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte&nbsp;? \u00c0 vos risques et p\u00e9rils&nbsp;! Reprendre la course \u00e0 pied repr\u00e9sente des risques de blessures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s sans m\u00eame suivre un coureur aguerri. Dans ce dernier cas, les risques sont multipli\u00e9s. D\u2019autant plus que suivre un coureur exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 quand on reprend risque de vous frustrer et de vous d\u00e9courager.<\/li><li><strong>De vous d\u00e9motiver rapidement<\/strong>&nbsp;: eh oui, s\u2019il court r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, il a s\u00fbrement un bon niveau, en tout cas meilleur que le v\u00f4tre. Il y a fort \u00e0 parier qu\u2019il ne vous attendra pas et continuera sa course vous laissant essouffl\u00e9 derri\u00e8re lui. Vous finirez fatigu\u00e9 et frustr\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, vous pouvez proposer \u00e0 d\u2019autres personnes dans votre cas de reprendre la course \u00e0 pied avec vous.
