Toutefois, des conseils communs \u00e0 tous sont \u00e0 suivre pour combiner une bonne alimentation et le running.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un r\u00e9gime alimentaire adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la course \u00e0 pied<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le but de fournir l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire aux runners, il est indispensable de suivre une alimentation riche, saine et vari\u00e9e. Avec la multiplication des diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9gimes alimentaires de chacun (intol\u00e9rance au gluten, v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, v\u00e9gan, etc.), il est impossible d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir des menus qui conviennent \u00e0 tous.
