Le manque de sport se ressent rapidement sur le corps ! Car quoiqu&rsquo;on en dise, les journ\u00e9es de bureau sont sportives. Effectivement, au bureau, on bouge, on marche, on monte des marches. On fait le tour du p\u00e2t\u00e9 de maisons sur l&rsquo;heure du d\u00e9jeuner &#8230; Cela n&rsquo;a l&rsquo;air de rien mais cela reste une activit\u00e9 sportive, si minime soit elle !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En d\u00e9finitive, le rythme m\u00e9tro boulot dodo, tant d\u00e9cri\u00e9, participe quand m\u00eame au bien-\u00eatre !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, \u00e0 la maison, le sport ou m\u00eame l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 au sens large, sont davantage limit\u00e9s. Le mal de dos s&rsquo;accentue ou s&rsquo;installe !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u00e9l\u00e9travail et activit\u00e9 physique<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, notre activit\u00e9 professionnelle se s\u00e9dentarise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant l&rsquo;Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (<strong>OMS<\/strong>) pr\u00e9conise de pratiquer entre 2h30 et 5 heures d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique mod\u00e9r\u00e9e par semaine, ou entre 1h15 et 2h30 d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique intense. En d\u00e9finitive, cela ne repr\u00e9sente qu&rsquo;entre 20 et 40 minutes par jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette habitude sportive permettrait d&rsquo;augmenter notre esp\u00e9rance de vie, de r\u00e9duire les risques de nombreuses maladies : cardiaque, hypertension art\u00e9rielle, cancer, diab\u00e8te. Notre corps subit, le dos et le cou souffrent ! Surtout que nous travaillons souvent avec du mobilier non adapt\u00e9 pour soulager le dos et le cou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&rsquo;o\u00f9 l&rsquo;importance de prendre du temps pour soi et pour son corps, pour limiter les douleurs traumatiques de ce nouveau mode de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors, pour vous donner quelques pistes, on vous sugg\u00e8re quelques exercices, test\u00e9s et approuv\u00e9s par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.corunning.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Corunning <\/a>! Cela permettra de soulager et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les douleurs et la tension du travail sur ordinateur, amplifi\u00e9e avec le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En version plus longue de 26 minutes, plus compl\u00e8te, on a test\u00e9 le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=8ZegHXy20zA&amp;list=PLAub6KyFegNJwyTCOJwnrcPlJEPI67Z_I&amp;index=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pilates, pour soigner le mal de dos<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Pilates renforce les muscles profonds et am\u00e9liore ainsi la posture: le mal de dos dispara\u00eet, le ventre se raffermit.
