Mais quelle tenue est la plus adapt\u00e9e&nbsp;pour courir en hiver ? <strong>Comment \u00eatre par\u00e9 pour affronter le froid&nbsp;<\/strong>lors d\u2019une s\u00e9ance de course \u00e0 pied ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une tenue pour courir en hiver tout en \u00e9tant \u00e0 l\u2019aise<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9al pour un coureur c\u2019est de courir dans une tenue confortable, ni trop chaude ni trop l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Cela n\u00e9cessite de s\u2019habiller en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure et de la m\u00e9t\u00e9o en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Porter une tenue pour courir en hiver <strong>ne signifie pas de se v\u00eatir de couches infinies de v\u00eatements<\/strong>. Au contraire, l\u2019accumulation de couches aura tendance \u00e0 donner trop de chaleur et \u00e0 rendre la s\u00e9ance de footing d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able. Chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.decathlon.fr\/browse\/c0-tous-les-sports\/c1-running-route\/c3-courir-en-hiver\/_\/N-z4zu5u?from=20&amp;size=20\">Decathlon <\/a>notamment, un large choix de v\u00eatements de running adapt\u00e9s au froid est propos\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des v\u00eatements chauds et respirants pour pratiquer du sport en ext\u00e9rieur<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En hiver, pas de jambes ni de bras nus. Place aux collants ou aux leggings, aux sweats ou aux vestes. Il existe des <strong>mati\u00e8res techniques \u00e0 la fois chaudes et respirantes.<\/strong> Cela offre un confort optimal et permet de maintenir la temp\u00e9rature du corps au chaud sans pour autant apporter un surplus de chaleur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fonction respirante.&nbsp; Pour le haut, diff\u00e9rentes couches de v\u00eatements peuvent \u00eatre port\u00e9es et sont au nombre maximum de 3&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&#8211; <strong>Une premi\u00e8re couche<\/strong>&nbsp;: elle est indispensable lors de grand froid. Il peut s\u2019agir d\u2019un simple d\u00e9bardeur pr\u00e8s du corps ou pour les plus frileux, d\u2019un tee-shirt \u00e0 courtes ou \u00e0 longues manches toujours d\u2019une mati\u00e8re technique, chaude et respirante.<\/li><li>&#8211; <strong>Une deuxi\u00e8me couche<\/strong>&nbsp;: place au sweat de running, avec ou sans capuche, le sweat vous maintient au chaud et vous permet de courir confortablement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa souplesse. Il n\u2019est pas obligatoire de porter une veste si le sweat vous suffit et qu\u2019il ne pleut pas.<\/li><li>&#8211; <strong>Une troisi\u00e8me couche<\/strong>&nbsp;: la veste de running. Le froid et la pluie n\u00e9cessitent de porter une veste. Avec ou sans manches, les vestes de course \u00e0 pied ont un effet coupe-vent et sont d\u00e9perlantes, vous permettant de courir sous une pluie fine sans ressentir de g\u00eane.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les coureurs, la tenue pour courir en hiver ne sera pas la m\u00eame. Certains se passent de la veste, d\u2019autres de la premi\u00e8re couche et d\u2019autres du sweat.
